urban decay waterproof mascara
Has anyone used this before? I had my makeup done there yesterday & it is not coming off my face! I tried my facewash, regular soap, & eye makeup remover & no luck. Its like I have permanent eyeliner on my face

Yeah I am not a fan of waterproof mascara for this reason. Is it Cannonball that you have? That stuff is "ultra waterproof." It is the no-joke of waterproof mascara.
What eye makeup remover have you used? Is it a dual-action (do you have to shake it up first)? You want something that is oil-based so it will break down the product.
Urban also makes a makeup remover that works REALLY well with their eyeliners & mascara. Personally, I am an oil cleanse girl. I use either Pre-Cleanse from Dermalogica or the Makeup Breakup Oil by Boscia (what I'm currently using) and it works REALLY WELL at breaking down makeup. Then I wash my face as normal.
