What a difference a new deck makes...
With our old deck, it was pretty rickety and swayed so we hardly ever were out there. It was also unshaded on a west-facing roof so way too hot oftentimes to sit out there. New deck is in, sturdy, bigger and most importantly, has a roof over the main part. The kids ask to go out there every night, even last night in the rain and they just kept under the roof and played. Almost makes me sad to put furniture out there!
