Love My Cat But...

I hate cleaning the litter box. Does anyone have this litter box and if so does it really work as claimed? I need help in this department. I am tired of cleaning the box twice a day but I have to because my apartment is small and I don't want it to smell. Hoping this will help and isn't just a gimmick because I love my precious fur ball

Ive never used an automatic litter box, but I had one that you just had to roll it and it scooped it. It was a good idea until they had a loose poop and it got stuck or they peed and it clumped to the side/bottom of the box.

Our cat has broken two auto-boxes. We tried both brands at Petsmart and he broke both. If your cat pees too much or has a larger bowel movement, the tines get clumped up and stuck and it burns out the motor. We have a larger cat and it just didn't work. I've heard this complaint from people with multiple cats as well. We have two cats but the little cat never went near the auto-box. She was terrified of the noise. In the end, it wasn't worth it all.

I've never tried one but it does seem like there could be issues with it, as PP mentioned.  I hate cleaning out the litter, too, though

 I've never met anyone who's done it but I have seen it on youtube, so it must work for some cats!!

I have the Omega Paw N Roll and really like it! You don't have to scoop, just roll the little box and the clumps go in a little compartment to dump out.

we use extra large litter bags and an doggy door type of litter box with oder filters on it. we also use oder eliminator baking powder for the little box every other day to keep it fresh. every week we throw the bag away. we live in a 1 bedroom condo so i know how you feel.

Some cats will refuse to go in those litter boxes.  So its hit or miss
