Monday: Sandwiches and leftover pizza
Tuesday: leftover steak skewers and grilled veggies from Sunday
Wednesday: Turkey burgers, probably without buns since I forgot them, ha!
Thursday: Some sort of quick chicken dish
Friday: not sure
Re: what's cooking?
Sun- we ate out at the shore
Mon- grilled NY strip steaks, baked potato, and sauteed broccoli rabe
Tues- I am going to try this recipe from pinterest. I am sure I will love being it has all my favorite things and DH will pretty much hate it since he isnt a lemon or chicken fan. weirdo.

Wed- i took porkchops out, havent decided what to do with them yet, with roasted broccoli, and rice/peas
Thurs- leftovers or eat on the go on the way to the shore

Sunday--made cold pasta salad using whatever was in the fridge--yellow/green zucchini, prosciutto, mozzeralla cheese.
Monday--cashew chicken stir fry
Tuesday--lamb burgers with yogurt sauce
Wednesday--pasta with bolognese sauce and roasted tomatoes
Thursday--Steak and sweet potato fajitas
Friday--?
Saturday--Distrito with friends
Sunday - grilled squash, brie and tomato open-faced sandwiches
Mon - pulled chicken (for tacos) with zucchini salsa
Tues - chinese chicken salad - cabbage, chicken, carrots, avocado, oranges, asparagus tossed in a soy ginger dressing and topped with wonton crisps and sesame seeds
Wed - Zucchini and black bean enchiladas
Thur - Omelets with whatever veggies are in the fridge
Fri - roasted beet and goat cheese salad and something else TBD
Are you noticing a trend here??? We have a ton of squash and zucchini from the CSA these past two weeks.
I also made a delicious pasta salad with grilled veggies (squash, zucchini, red pepper) and fresh mozzarella for lunches this week.
