Recipe Request: Using up pre-cooked meat
Hey guys!
My (very new) husband and I are blessed to live at a camp where they serve meals almost every day! Not too much cooking for me to do, which is a nice break. However, meals on the weekends aren't provided, and honestly, we get a little sick of "camp food" all the time. We are allowed to use the leftovers, though, so I'm trying to find creative and yummy recipes using the leftover meat from the camp meals!
We usually have meatloaf and sloppy joes every week, as well as pork tenderloin (I use that term loosely, though!), and grilled chicken.
Anybody have any recipes that use up leftover cooked meat?
Thanks!

pizzas, enchiladas, quesadilla, stuffed pasta, omelets, nachos as a filling snack.
If you get your hands on some chicken you can make these too

I used puffed pastry alot too. I will fill them with meat and cheese and coat in an egg wash and bake.
Also, baked potatoes, pasta with different sauces, stuffed shells, pizzas, salads, nachos, meat in crossiants, mini taco cups for leftover ground beef, sandwiches, po boys etc.
I usually use whatever we have in the kitchen and try to put a new spin on it to re-create it.
