Easy, DH-proof make ahead meals?
Hey guys, so I'm going out of town in a few weeks, and I wanted to make a few meals for H ahead of time so that he doesn't alternate between Whataburger and Jack in the Box for dinner every night (which he would). So I was thinking of making some small dinners for him and freezing them with instructions, so that way he can just grab one and toss it in the oven.
I was thinking I would do chicken and rice for sure, but I need at least 3-4 other meals as well. Any ideas of something that would be easy to make a smaller portion since it will be just him, that will freeze well, and that will be easy for him to reheat?

PW chicken spaghetti freezes amazingly well.
I would also freeze some enchiladas.
And chicken and noodles.
