Heart Rate Monitor Recs
Good Morning,
I am looking for a good hear rate monitor watch without the chest strap. Something basic, no GPS needed. It seems like they range from $50-$500 and I just don't know what to look for. Basically I want to use it for 2 things: 1. to make sure I am in the correct heart rate "zone" and 2. because I have some heart issues and I want to keep tabs on myself.
I have had a spinning instructor and a zumba instructor tell my class in the last few weeks about those monitors saving lives so now I'm paranoid.
