good day / bad day
Today has been a very interesting day, to say the least.
First.. I saw 3 different swat team vans driving down the interstate today on my way to work. They were on their way back from an FBI raid that was all over the news. They had all the doors open in the box truck and were just sitting in the back with big guns on their lap. Totally caught me off guard!
Anyways. I get to work and my boss tells me that when he was driving home last night, he was following my car on the interstate and at least one of my tires was definately not rotating right. I've been having issues with my tires for a while now, but the Chevy dealership has not been able to solve it (even with all the work I've been paying for). So I called my dad, he said he was done messing with it. He called around, and I'm getting 4 new tires plus alignment, struts, other stuff, I don't know. Over $500. Luckily my dad was able to take the afternoon off work & take my car to two different places for work. He's at the last place now, said he's really impressed with these people (he's pretty good with cars). He got into more technical details that I acted like I knew what he was talking about. So the bad part - a pretty large price tag. But, hopefully I will feel much safer driving now!
I had to go to a boring meeting this afternoon, which was not fun. And I'm kinda annoyed at work... for various reasons. 
Oh well!
So. That's been my eventful day!

My day is the same ol same ol. Leaving working in about 15 minutes. I'll head to the gym after I stop at home. I need to go to the store and buy food items that I need for the bridal shower I'm hosting this weekend.

Hooray for new tires! Boo on weird police things going on.
Also boo on the mean scheduling lady who decided to DELETE all of my already approved vacation days. WTF? Now I get to fight for them all over again. So when they don't approve my vacation, I will just call in sick while I'm on vacation.
YAY for finally getting the car problem solved.
Bad day - In the rain, I went to buy new scrubs for my new job that starts in 2 weeks and the uniform store had very little in the color I needed. They had to call 3 other locations to track down what I needed. I ended up walking out with 1 pair of pants and some new shoes. Will have to go back next week to pick up my other pants and tops. Can't wait...
Good day - The highlight had to be the cookie sundae I got from Chick fil a. It was so good, yet so bad for me.
