Rec your Sugar Cookie(cut out) and icing recipes.
I'm hoping to make Cookie Monster cookies for DS's birthday party and am looking for a cut-out sugar cookie recipe that actually tastes good along with a frosting recipe that hardens(and tastes good). They're going into clear bags as part of the "favors" so the frosting needs to be stiff. So far I've tried a couple and they were just blah.
