Garage sale help?

We are having a garage sale next month and I have never had one. How do you price adults clothes? What about baby clothes and gear?

When we did our garage sale this year, we priced everything to sell because I wanted it all gone. For adult clothes I did shirts at $.75-$2 and shorts, pants and sweater at $2-$4 and shoes at $1-$3. For baby clothes we did $.25-$.50 for onesies, $.50-$.75 for tshirts, $.75-$1 for shorts/pants. $1 for sweater or sweatshirts. $1 for pajama sets or sleepers, and $.75-$1 for one piece outfits. I sold about 75% of all the clothes I put out. I had priced higher in years before and sold maybe 25% of what I put out.

For baby gear, from what I can remember I sold my fp rainforest high chair for $25, I sold a luv n hug swing for $25 and sold a graco stroller for $30

Thanks! I think the only adult clothes I have are maternity and I really just want to be rid of stuff.  We have waaaay too much clutter.

I price all my clothes, adult and kids - $1 each (pajama sets I sell for $1 too), then around 2 p.m. I start telling people half off for everything.

I always price to sell because I'd rather not haul it back inside or haul it to the Goodwill.

I had everything super cheap at my sale in April and still made almost $800 if that tells you anything.  People like cheap!! They will buy it if it is priced cheap and spend more, I think, if that make sense.  I had one girl litrally wipe me out of all my clothes because they were $1 each.

 I always think would I pay x amount for this at a sale and if my answer is no then my price is too high.

This all makes sense. Saturday if I still have a lot of clothes left I am going to sell all clothes 50% off.
