Birth Control decreasing Sexual Desirer
Just curious has anyone else found huge change in the sexual desire while on birth control?
When I was younger I had a very health sex drive and loved to fool around with my partner but then started taking birth control to avoid any "accidents". I though I was just getting older more mature and had bigger things to worry about when my desire slowed down, I didn't even think of it. The past couple of years sex has semed like such a chore and I just plain didn't want to be bothered with it, sure when it started it was fun but nothing I couldn't live with out. About a month and a half ago I gave up my birth control as we started talking about having a family and wanted to get my cycle regular, and as off the past few weeks I REALLY want sex again and its beens amazing each time.
I can only assume one has to do with the other but can't say with 100% certainty. Just wondering if anyone else had a similar experience.
Just for disclosure I have been on the pill or the shot for the past few years.

Try something non hormonal; diaphragm and a condom.
