Back to H&F Board

I took a hiatus from posting on this board, but glad to be back. I had a baby 12 weeks ago and I'm happy to say I was able to work out my entire pregnancy and have dropped 25 lbs., but have about another 15 to go. I had a brutal ligament separation in my back which put me on steroids for a bit, but I was cleared to get back to hard exercise several weeks ago.

I have always gotten such great advice from you ladies.  Any Moms have advice for dealing crazy hormones and what seems to be the very slow shedding of weight? I'm currently working out 6 days a week: Running, lifting, abs, stretch.

I'm also no longer breastfeeding, so I'm missing out on that calorie burn.  My diet is very good. Lots of fruits and veggies, lean meats.

Any advice/encouragement about breaking the plateau would be awesome. TIA.
