I need to learn how to cook vegetables so they taste good. I never ate veggies growing up but want my girls to eat them. My 13 year old is very picky already. I am picky too but I know they are so good for you. I'd like to find some blogs for picky eaters trying to introduce veggies in to the meal. Any links would be so appreciated

Re: Blog recommendations?
I have a decent amount of veggie recipes in my blog. The link is in my sig.
Skinnytaste.com also has a lot of them.
I never used to like veggies either but one day I went through a lot of the recipes on allrecipes.com and found a ton of them that sounded good. It turned out they were and I just didn't like vegetables previously because my mom would only microwave the crap out of them or serve canned ones.

I prefer my vegetables basic. I like them raw in salads or grilled/roasted. I realized why I didn't like them growing up-it was because most were frozen or canned. I still keep some frozen on hand, but I try to use what is in season so that it tastes the freshest.
