Kids in the Kitchen...

Cutest thing ever. Think the kids will love it and want to make their own sandwiches.

Re: Kids in the Kitchen...

  • It's a $20 spatula for a child. Not to be snarky, but that seems a little crazy.

For that price, you can get 2 spatulas and a rolling pin from king arthur:  http://www.kingarthurflour.com/browse/kids/

  • I'll admit it's sort of cute, but I'd never buy it.  All it takes to get my kids to want to make their own PB&Js is to point them toward the utensil drawer for a plain old knife and spoon.  Plus, with "stuff" on either end of that I can see it being messy which means my 8 yo wouldn't even use it (this is a kid who ate her dinner tonight with three separate forks, one for her mac, one for her veggies, one for her chicken...no cross contamination for that kid).
