Three-Tiered Hoop Skirt
I have a three-tiered hoop skirt, 45" long and 29" around the waist (maximum -- you can hook it tighter). It is white, and I BELIEVE it's taffeta but could be wrong. (The label is printed in oriental writing.) It has never been worn. The reason I know so little about it is because I had ordered it almost 3 years ago for my wedding and wound up having to go with a different wedding dress that didn't need a hoop skirt.
