good for you!!!
great job updating and making things work for you!
Wow, fabulous, WTG!
I totally did not even recognize the fridge. You've made the D&R discovery of the decade if it holds up!

Thinking of doing cosmetic updates to a dated home? These were our costs.
The counter top paint is made for laminate. $20 a quart at Walmart/Lowes/HD etc
They have even fancier counter top paint that ends up looking like granite by using multi colors!
I only needed one quart on my counter. You just clean the counters and sand then paint 2-3 coat sletting it dry fully between coats (I let it sit a day)
I had planned to also put down a clear gloss coat on top, but I dont think I need it
The paint does smell HORRIBLE til it dries so definitely aim for when windows can be open, and then don't touch the counters for 4-7 days. It's been on 2 months and so far its pretty resilient.
The fridge paint is relatively new at least the folks at the improvement stores didn't have experience with it and all wanted to know how it turned out. I messed up the side, using the black appliance spray paint, and wound up using the counter top paint so I could roll it on (they only carry white in the quart pot) .. it seems like it worked but only time will tell
