Weekend plans?

I'm still tired/out of it that I wrote "Weekand"  ...oops!

- Today I'm cleaning/organizing our spare bedroom, having a lunch date with my cousin, and possibly seeing my grandpa later
- Tomorrow I'm lifeguarding and then staying over at a friend's because...
SUNDAY = THE COLOR RUN!! I'm super excited for it.

And then I'm coming home to hang out with a friend that's having surgery on Tuesday. So I'm really looking forward to seeing a couple of old friends this weekend (as in, haven't seen them in YEARS).

BBQ at DH coworker's place tomorrow, and DH is going to a car show on Sunday, which means a LOVELY day of indulgent guilty pleasure TV for me!

H and I are driving up with 3 of my grandchildren to visit my other 5 grandchildren.  All 8 are then going with us and my S and DIL to the Wilds on Saturday.  The Wilds is a wild animal conservation center in Cumberland OH, about 1/2 an hour from my son's house.  We will spend the night with them and then the 3 local GC will go with us for 3 days at French Lick IN where we spent our mini-honeymoon.  A lot of things were closed for the season when we were there, so we are hoping to be able to enjoy them with the kids.

My show opens tonight!  It's been a long and tiring tech week. I'm nervous but excited.  I hope we have good audiences (we have 3 performances - tonight, tomorrow and Sunday) for the actors' sakes, they've worked really hard.  And fingers crossed for a couple of tricky spots for me as the conductor.

As for me, I work 5pm-1:30am at the theater tonight and tomorrow as well. (My H is FREAKING out.)

Sunday, pack more boxes and find a climate controlled storage facility as we cannot bring everything into BIL's house. (S/N: Since BIL filed for divorce and SHE moved out, it's been tougher on him to pay the bills, so H and sat down with him and we all agreed that we would move in with him and pay half. Which would also cut our bills in half too. Win-win.)

- Tonight, we're having friends over.  I have chicken and salsa cooking in the crock pot at home as I type.  H hates crock pot chicken tacos, but my friend and I love them. Our friends are having a tough time today, so multiple cocktails will be enjoyed.

- Tomorrow, I hope to get some organizing and cleaning done.  Then I'm off to sit poolside and have a BBQ at our friends' house.

- Sunday, I'm hoping to go to some open houses with my friend who is looking to buy.  I'm a real estate junkie, so I love that kind of stuff!

Tonight just staying in. Tomorrow is my friend's wedding, and I'm excited about that and will get to see people I haven't seen in awhile, from our high school group of friends. I'll be spending much of the weekend working since I am going on a somewhat last minute road trip with MIL and SILs to South Carolina, and we leave on Tuesday morning. We'll be coming back Sunday. I'm so excited, I've never been there. And we are going to see the Biltmore castle in Asheville, NC.

Thanks everyone, show went really well last night!  A few hiccups but we finished strong which is what the audience will remember, LOL. :-)

 X that sounds like fun!  I've always wanted to visit the Biltmore.  I love touring historic homes and grounds, so cool.

 I've been invited to do a couch to 5K zombie apocalypse run, which I'm seriously considering. Things like Run for Your Lives and the Color Run make running sound fun lol.

 Other than that, I don't have too many plans.  I was supposed to meet up with another former Knottie tonight since she's in my area, but she's really sick .  We're having my parents over for dinner tomorrow night, so I need to get into gear and do a good cleaning.  I still haven't done my vacation laundry.

I downloaded the C25K app in May, and so far have done Day 1.  LOL.  I really wanted to do the NY color run but it may have to wait until next year.  I can only run about a mile for now.
