It doesn't sound like a lot but...
So after hearing all the tips on staying motivated I'm starting a new fresh week starting today. I know it doesn't sound like a lot of weight or inches but given my 5'1" fame I'm very petite. Anything I gain goes right to the mid section then the thighs ugh. My goal is to lose 5lbs and 5inches. That would put me back at my ideal weight and waist size (back from when I use to dance). I'm starting at 116.8 lbs and a waist of 29 1/4 inches. Like I said I know it doesn't sound like a lot everyone but it really is a lot to me. Wish me luck cuz I here I go.
Re: It doesn't sound like a lot but...
Go you! I want to lose roughly 5 pounds myself, get back to the top of my ideal weight.
I keep a five pound weight range due to monthly fluctuations. Not sure if anyone else mentioned it yet, but it's always a good idea.
