Is this blouse appropriate for an interview?
Re: Is this blouse appropriate for an interview?
This exactly. While that might be all right to wear in the office, I might pick something else to wear for the interview.
my read shelf:
I know call centers are not suit-jacket types of places, but that would cover up the arm and add some color to an otherwise black and white outfit.
I always wear blazers or cardigans to interviews regardless of the weather. So I would say it's ok as long as you wear a cover over it. Otherwise choose a shirt with two sleeves. It just makes you look more professional.
I have interviewed many people and I cannot tell you how much even such a thing as the way a person dresses can affect how I remember them. Case in point: the girl who interviewed with me a year ago and wore a lacey strap tee that reminded me of lingerie and was two sizes too small *shudder*
