Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

  • Don't get down on yourself, just remember that tomorrow is a new start, every single day is its own challenge. When I have "treats" like that around the  house or in a restaurant I like to reason with myself and say ' if I stop eating now,I'll have enough left for a meal tomorrow' and then I get to eat it twice instead of just once. For example if I go out for Japanese food (which is my fav) I say 'Okay if you only eat half then you can have japanese for two meals instead of one' which is awesome and then I dont wanna cry myself to sleep after eating 5 lbs of japanese food!
