I think this board may be a little busier than the one on the bump, so I'm moving on over.  I'm addicted to fitness ever since I got the ok to workout 6 weeks after my c/section 16 months ago.  Gained 76 lbs when pregnant and have lost 80.  I watched the scale like a hawk and recently don't really care about the numbers anymore and just want to focus on how I feel in my clothes.  I feel every body part is back except my abs.  I'm not sure if it's fat or if its just loose abs because of the c/section.  got up to a size 14 when pregnant and am now a size 6 again:)  But I still can show a muffin top which i'm not happy about.  I'm currently doing hip hop abs and will be completed this friday with the program.  I will then go back to the gym and lift weight again with cardio.  I completed my first 5K (never trained) 2 weeks ago and ran it in 37 minutes:)  somedays I just feel my belly will never look the same again.  I also tend to be a perfectionist with everything.
