I got out of the habit of visiting this board about a year ago and quit exercising in any substancial way when I returned to work after ML. Will you take me back! I'm in need of a little workout/healthy eating motivation.
Also, does anyone recommend one of those calary-counting/nutrition tracking websites?
Re: Diet-tracking websites
I second SparkPeople! I used them to lose all of my weight and really, really love it.
I think their trackers are easy to use, the community is supportive, the recipe database is pretty extensive, the articles are informative, and I just found the whole system to be quite motivational. The more you put into it, the more you get out of it for sure! I found that I lost more weight when I was more involved in the website. This is not to say that posting on the SparkPeople forum or reading the articles burned calories or made my food better for me, but it made it easier to make the right choices.
