Mona - I made the buffalo turkey burgers from skinny taste for dinner last night, they were SO GOOD! H LOVED them!! He even liked the broccoli blue cheese slaw and he claims to hate slaw! http://www.skinnytaste.com/2012/05/buffalo-turkey-burgers-with-blue-cheese.html

All I knew was I had chicken out....then I saw this! We have everything but blue cheese. sub in some cream cheese and I think this is going to be dinner tonight! Thank you!!
H doesn't like blue cheese, so I used Laughing Cow Queso Fresco instead- still super good! And I used shredded mozzarella instead of cheddar since it's what i had in the fridge

Dinner was really good!! Thank you for sharing!! H loved the cream cheese instead...we also don't really eat blue cheese.
So, I made up my own recipe from the buffalo chicken one!
I used cream cheese, shredded cheese, and ranch to stuff the chicken with. Then I used buffalo sauce and ranch to coat the outside with, and the ritz crackers.. DH and I LOVED it!!
You guys should try it.. it is all ingredients I just had in my house
