KHov Townhouse
Does anyone live in a townhouse built by KHov? We bought in Howell/Freehold area about 5 years ago and our units are about 15 years old. We need to get new stops for our windows because when you lift them up they just fall. I reached out to my homeowners association and they do not have the paperwork from KHov. I called KHov but no one has called me back. I am wondering if anyone might live in any of these types of untis and might know what manufacturer the windows are that they tend to use. TIA!

I was lurking today and saw this post. I had a townhouse build by k.hovanian that we lived in for 6 years prior to selling it a few months ago. It was build in 1992.
I don't remember what the window brand is, but I know inside of the window in the tracks there is a manufacturer number. Additionally, I know he used really cheap materials (at least when he built ours) so all of the windows had to be replaced.
