Need a good non-smudgy, non-flakey mascara rec!
I've used Almay mascara for years and I really like them, but the kind I'm using now seems to smudge more. I know it's summer and this is more of an issue in hot weather, but if anyone has any good recommendations for a smudge-resistant mascara, preferably Almay, Revlon, or some other budget-friendly brand that doesn't test on animals, I'd appreciate it!
