Hey there ladies, thanks for asking about Nate, I know it took me forever to get back to you, sorry! The surgery went fantastic, so much better than we expected. Even the surgeon was surprised by his quick recovery. He was in the hospital for 5 days and by day 7 after the surgery, he was pretty much back to normal. I am so proud of him, he is such a trooper.
He does have some crazy diaper rash and he's a lot hungrier now, but that's not really a big deal, we just feed him and use lots of butt paste. I have to say that it was a very scary experience, but he is a different child now. So happy and playful, definitely a difference from before.
