PMDD
Has anyone ever been literally diagnosed with PMDD? I just need some guidance and help if I think this is the possible reason behind my HORRIBLE PMS symptoms. I think I need to discuss with my Dr but I don't want to sound like I'm complaining about something they might consider stupid and learn to cope instead.

I cannot relate and have not been diagnosed with PMDD, but go to the doc. You are not complaining, get that idea out of your head. You should be happy and feel normal, and whether that's through medication and/or counseling, you NEED to discuss with your doc.
Do not ever think you are complaining or sound stupid to your doc if you are miserable or unhappy. That's what she is there to do, to help you, so have her help you.
