Dear Community,
Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Candy Thermometer Rec?
Hello -
I have gotten by in the past without a candy thermometer but I would like to get one for some future candy making (fudge, caramels, etc...)
When I went perusing on Amazon all of the reviews sounded bad. Digital ones were mostly inaccurate (or slow to register temp so candy would burn) & the numbers apparently rub off of the traditional thermometers.
Does anyone have a tried & true one that actually works with candies?
