Pulled chicken or pork in the crockpot is great. I've also seen recipes for buffalo chicken bites that look good. Betty Crocker just had a grilled bbq bacon skewer recipe that would be fun for a party. (TN is giving me link trouble)

I love a good pasta salad, pasta with veggies and cheese cubes with a Italian or a raspberry vinaigrette.
Sugar cookie bars are easy and always a crowd pleaser for dessert.
