As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

And B&N has an offer on their website that if you buy the 16GB, you get a $50 gift card.
I have a regular nook, but both of these offers are making me want to get a tablet version. I'm going to try to hold out till Christmas time, though! I'm sure there will be new products or these will have deals around then again.
