Congrats on moving to NH - welcome!!
We used Able Moving and Storage for our move from NH to MA - they're the local Paul Arpin company, based in Amherst. We were very pleased with them - rates were reasonable; the guys were on-time and quick - so we used them again when we moved back to NH from MA a year later! Their number is 603-882-2340. John Ferraro is the estimator I dealt with - he's a real good guy: johnf@able-moving.com (assuming he's still there).
Good luck with your move!! Look forward to seeing you around here!
I needed to move some things out of storage in Moultonborough & into our house in Concord. And I used Starving Artists from Concord. My husband said it was the best moving experience he's had--they were very organized & easy to deal with.
After calling around, they were the only one I could find that didn't have a minimum. And since I didn't have that much to move, I didn't want to pay all the excess just to meet the minimum. They just charged for travel & use the truck (I think it was $2.50 per mile) and then a fee for the labor (which I think was $125 for either 3 or 4 men, I can't remember the exact figures).
My parents are moving to Florida & they've just hired them to load the truck.
