Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. Help- best way to cook a steak sandwich from round steak?
I am having 8 for dinner tomorrow night. I bought 5 lbs of round steak to make PW's steak sandwiches. Turns out she uses cube steak. Should I try to tenderize my steak so that it resembles cube steaks, or is there a better way? What would happen if I use my crock pot? If I tenderize and marinade all day/ night, will it be soft enough to grill for a tender sandwich? I hate trying new methods on company!
