Goat cheese
Do you have a favorite goat cheese recipe? I have 10.5 oz that I need to use up this week. I've always used goat cheese as more of a garnish and I'm not sure what to do with this much of it. Thanks in advance!

I've mixed it with some herbs and bread crumbs, use as a crust on
salmon, bake in the oven. Big hit.
I love goat cheese.
You could make this pasta, this strudel or use it in a sandwich. I like mashing goat cheese with pesto on bread then adding red peppers and/or tomato slices. That sandwich is amazing toasted!
I have a few salads etc on my blog, but I've been snacking on these all weekend long!
