Anyone us Express Alterations
I need to get a bridesmaid dress taken in and bra cups put in. I don't want to have to pay an arm and a leg. Do they do good work? Are they inexpensive?
Re: Anyone us Express Alterations
People rave about them, but I thought they did a terrible job and that was only a pant hem. I definitely wouldn't use them for a dress.
I have used Lynn's Tailoring on 19 (behind the Sheetz by CCAC North). Excellent work and very reasonable. She had to take in a bm dress for my sister 2 sizes and it was perfect.
I've used Lynn many times but I always thought she was expensive. Maybe I'm wrong. I'm trying to do this as cheap as possible since I still have to buy the $80 shoes.
i liked them! they hemmed some pants and a dress of mine. i liked that they had a pretty quick turn around (i don't think i did the 30 minutes option, but had my stuff within a few days). i don't recall the cost, though it couldn't have been awful because i was extremely broke at the time.
