Ok, so I posted a few weeks ago about my photographer, which is have attached:
http://community.thenest.com/cs/ks/forums/thread/67513484.aspx. I emailed her the 21st to see if she mailed out our cd and still have not heard back from her. I don't understand what is taking so long. All we are getting from her is just the cd of all our pictures, nothing else. At this point, I don't know what to do. I was thinking about writing her another email this morning and mentioning if I don't her from her soon she will be hearing from my lawyer. You girls have any advice for a wife who might go all bridezilla over this photographer?
Re: Still no pictures!
Call her. My photographer has actually been having problems with her e-mail the past couple of months. Not all my e-mails go through to her "regular" account but when I e-mail her other, personal e-mail address she gave me she gets back to me right away.
I'd e-mail, call, and snail mail her before I'd get a lawyer involved. I wouldn't want to piss her off if she is potentially finishing your photos...you still want her to do a good job!
I would call her. And if she doesn't answer leave her a message just saying how you have been emailing her and haven't gotten a response. Also if she doesn't call back then call back like every 2-3 days.
If it makes you feel better I haven't got my pictures back either!
I don't have my pictures back yet either. Is there a time limit in your contract? If you signed a contract that didnt state a specific amount of time...then its wayyyy too early to bring in legal action because she hasn't broken contract..if there was a time period stated in the contract, I would just start bugging, and bug (phone, snail mail, ask her on her fb page, etc) for a couple months before bringing in legal action. I have been emailing our photographers weekly and they keep promising "soon", the last email I sent to them I told them that I need the pictures no later then _______- date because I purchased a mixbook with a coupon and the coupon expires, they responded that the would have them done by then, so now I am just trying to not stress until then.
I wish I could be more help! I want my pictures too!
