Dry shampoo and face exfoliator recs, please?
I typically use Philosophy microdelivery scrub but my last bottle only had exfoliating crystals in the top half of the bottle. I'm afraid of buying it again and having the same issue so I figured I'd try something else.
I've used Ojon (sp?) in the past for dry shampoo and I liked it but have wondered if there's something better out there.
suggestions? Thanks!
Re: Dry shampoo and face exfoliator recs, please?
Not sure if it is in your price range but I would rec. a Clarisonic - I love mine and just use whatever cheap face wash is on sale at the drugstore since I don't need any special stuff. I then use either Kiehls moisturizer or my Bobbi Brown, and sometimes if my skin is super dry I use my pure Argan Oil. Sorry you only asked for exfoliator but I figured I would put it all out there!
As for shampoo, I used Ojon as well and really liked it - I have somewhat dry hair and usually opt for moisturizing shampoos, but again, not sure what your price range is but I'm using Aveda Shampure right now and I like it. I have used some drugstore stuff but I usually end up super greasy really fast so I go back to my Aveda. I also used the Phyto stuff - can't remember the name exactly but I liked it as well.
Anywhere you buy Philosophy should take a return for that kind of problem with the product. Next time--speak up!! Dermalogica (pricey, but SO worth it) Daily Microfoliant is the BEST product I've ever used on my face. It comes in powder form, simply wet your hands and exfoliate. LOVE THIS product.
Big Sexy Volumizing Dry Shampoo is one of my favs, because it gives dirty, greasy hair a little lift as well as taking that greasiness away. Also, much more bang for you buck and just as effective TIGI Rockaholic
LOVE LOVE LOVE the Daily Microfoliant. Bare Escentuals makes an exfoliating cleanser that is similar to Dermalogica's, and it's $26 instead of $50. Dermalogica's is still way better.... but maybe the BE one will be a nice stepping stone for you.
I also love the Ojon dry shampoo.
