I'm up way too early for a Sunday (darn dogs), sitting here sipping my coffee, and planning meals. What does your week look like?
Tonight: Beef enchiladas with an experimental twist...using cabbage instead of tortillas (we try to go low on carbs during the week, it just makes us feel better) http://www.ketoblog.net/search/label/cabbage# I'm interested to see if these totally fall apart.
Monday: Stuffed chicken parmesan (non-breaded), roasted broccoli
Tuesday: Steak, mashed cauliflower, zucchini
Wednesday: Salmon, cheesy cauliflower (can you tell we like cauliflower!?!), another veggie
Thursday: Out to dinner -- trying the new West Kitchen and Tavern at the Loews in Annapolis
Friday: Not sure yet -- It's my birthday weekend and we're leaving for NYC in the morning. My husband always takes me shopping for my birthday, so we might be doing that on Friday afternoon and go out for dinner.
For lunches this week, I'm planning to make some shredded chicken ceaser in the crockpot today to make lettuce wraps, and I'll probably make some deviled eggs, too.

I'm not that far along yet. I need to figure out what nights I have to coach soccer and if Kira has swim this week. We may be doing a bunch of takeout or soup/grilled cheese.
Sunday- chicken/apple sausage, baked beans, green beans
Monday- burgers, sides to be determined
DH will be out of town most of the week so it's not an exciting meal plan week.
I really need to start cooking on Sundays again! 3 days a week just seems pathetic!
Mon: Chef salad, garlic bread
Tues: I'm running errands so I think I'll stop by Wegman's for dinner
Wed: BBQ chicken, wild rice, green beans
Thr: Tuna casserole for DS and me. DH is out and he hates that anyway, so we'll see if DS likes it.
Fri: Linguine and meat sauce, garlic bread
Sat: Out/take out
Sun: Not sure yet, but I'm going to try to make something!

Sunday - grilled burger and potato salad and tomatoes
Monday - weird thing DH makes w/ shredded red cabbage adn ground beef and then we serve it w/ wraps. Sliced tomatoes on the side.
The rest of the week is TBD, but I saw a recipe for basil lemon pork chops that I want to try and we bought a bag of frozen "seafood medley" that I'm pretty sketchy about, but we're going to try it w/ a marinara sauce.
ETA - SarahKate reminded I want to make tuna croquettes - my mom made these all teh time when I was a kid and I loved them. Might make that and a some mac and cheese!!
I came up with our meal plan!
Monday: soup and sandwiches
Tuesday: Spaghetti
Wednesday: Honey Dijon Chicken with broccolli for DH, Black Bean Quinoa Casserole and broccolli for me.
Thursday: leftovers
Friday: Since i didn't make it last week, Stir fry veggies (with tofu for me, chicken for DH), brown rice, and peanut sauce.
Saturday: probably Chipotle or pizza
Monday- Burgers w, peaches and potato salad.
Tuesday- BBQ chicken, corn on the cob.
Wednesday- Pizza and squash
Thursday- Breakfast for dinner (quiche, bacon).
Friday- IDK
