Why america is so great...
it is because we can all express our opinion and have a right to it and exercise it.
I sincerely hope that this board is not turning in to the type of board that the E'08 board was. ?The way that they badgered and flamed people who didn't have the same views as the bullies that were there.

I don't think so, I believe that emotions are running high, which is to be expected. Although I may not agree with everyone's opinion I do respect it. Everyone has to understand we all have our own opinions, may not always agree but we still have to love each other, so no matter what I love everybody. Let's agree to disagree.
i haven't seen any badgering or flaming or harassing here - only questioning of views and discussion of them. ?
i have always believed that everyone is entitled to their opinions and beliefs. ?i just don't agree with those who call others narrow-minded and judgmental simply because they don't agree with them. ?that, to me, is the epitome of "pot, meet kettle."
and please note that i am not pointing fingers at anyone in particular. ?i've just noticed a lot of heated debates with this election, and read a lot of eye-opening posts. ?that's all.?

While our personal convictions may be as clear as black-white, up-down, yes-no, big-small, to co-exist we often have to operate in the middle somewhere or else we'll all go a little nutty. Truce?
I agree! I don't think anyone on here takes it too harsh because the next minute we were discussing sending each other ornaments in the holiday spirit. 2bbush I will refrain myself from sending you a Obama ornament if I get your name... j/k : )
