PSA: Urgent need, hoarders pets being confiscated
URGENT! Wonder Weims and several other groups are stepping up to help.
Please read: There is a hoarder situation unfolding in West Plains MO
that involves the Missouri Department of Agriculture and local law
enforcement possbly seizing up to 60 small to medium dogs, 25 cats (as
well as some horses and goats but those have placement.) These animals
have been living in deplorable conditions and possibly
starving with a guardian who it seems is mentally unstable, even
threatening to put all of the animals in the house and burn the house
down.
Act Now rescue is out there now.. she has pulled a 2 hounds for wonder weims. she said they are so week and emaciated they can not stand up. They are in our foster care now.
From what I understand they are going to pull 20 out today and the rest tomorrow. These animals have been living in crates inside and outside with no water or food barely surviving.
Please if there is any way at all you can offer safe and loving rescue help to any of these dogs and cats in need, contact Marsha immediately at:
