Photographer Recco's Please!
Hi Nesties!
I'm hoping some of you ladies may be able to help me find a maternity/newborn photographer that doesn't cost a crazy amount. While I understand that most times you get what you pay for, most of the photographers I've looked into cost upwards of $500, prints are additional, and digital files are usually upwards of $300-$400! I know I will love having pics of my baby, but with all the costs of having a newborn in our life slowly adding up, I can't justify spending $1000 on pictures. Does anyone have any recco's for affordable photography options? (I looked at the recco's on the discussion thread over at the bump.com and that's where I first experienced sticker shock when looking up the photog's reccomended.)

I posted below about Brittney Hansen, Candescent Photography. I can't say enough good things about her work. She takes beautiful photos and is absolutely fantastic with infants. I never once was worried about any of the poses she did with my dd. We used her for maternity, hospital, newborn and 4 mo and will continue to use her moving forward. I found her pricing to be very reasonable.

This is a friend of mine who did my maternity pictures. She did an awesome job, and she is super sweet, very affordable, and will travel just about anywhere.

And if you search Chelsea Kappel Photography, she is very talented also, and pretty cheap. I think she might do our 1 year pictures in September.
