Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. Juggling maybe offers?

I interviewed for 2 jobs and had both 2nd interviews the following week. One offered me the position last Friday. But I really want the other position. I would be happy in either position and would take the offer on the table if I knew I wasn't getting the other position. I followed up today and they are making a decision by Wednesday.
I can't keep the company that did offer waiting that long. The company that offered called me twice so I have to call them tomorrow. Any advice on how to juggle this?

I saw accept the offer and give them a 2 week start date. This gives the other job some time to make an offer to you. If you get the other offer, then just call the other company right away and let them know your circumstances have changed and you are going to go in another direction. This isn't ideal, I know, but unfortunately you have to look out for yourself here!
