Boots?

You guys are great at this so I thought I would ask!

Not sure if I can post this on both boards or not!

I am looking for a cheap but not crappy pair of plain brown riding boots. No buckles straps ect... I looked online at DSW and Target and searched around but I am not sure what is the most wearable for day to day but still nice.

 I am looking for brown!

Thanks so much for your help in advance!

Re: Boots?

  • You may have a problem finding any without something on them. What is your idea of "cheap"?

All of my boots with exception of my Fryes have "some" detail. A strap at the top or at the ankle.

    ETA:

My boot collection consist of styles similar to these, all from Target

Kali Wedge (similar to Steve Madden Intyce) very versatile. I wear mine with skinny jeans and dresses, they are easy to dress up or down. And Cognac is also versatile, you can pretty much wear it with anything, I love it with black.

Kamischel (I have a pair of UGGS that are very similar). Nice casual boot, I wear it a ton with both jeans, dresses and skirts.

Kasia (similar style to the Frye Melissa Button) The girls on the Fashion & Beauty board rave about this boot, it is leather and really reasonably priced. I love the Frye version but it doesn't fit me right.

Kenya another popular boot on F&B last year.

  • I bought these from Old Navy in black when I was PG the last time. They are so comfortable, and have held up surprisingly well for $38 boots. They are online only.

  • Thank you both very much for your help! I am never sure what's "in" but I am always looking for something that I will be able to wear for more than one season too! Always searching on a budget too!

Thanks for all the options & ideas! I really appreciate it!
