drape length
i have curtains that are 84 inches long. my window from top of window trim to floor is 83 inches. are my curtains to short for the window and if not where should i hang them - where should the bottom hit? thanks!

Personally I like for my drapes to pool a little on the floor - so if I were you I would go with 95" length. That would allow you room to hang them higher (above the window trim) and still have a little pooling where they hit the floor.
So yes, I think they are too short but its a matter of your personal taste.
