Need Ideas for French/Paris themed foods
Hi Ladies!
My work is doing a Paris/French themed potluck for some new products that we just launched. I need some potluck friendly food that I could take. I'm up for baking pretty much anything, but have NO idea what to make!
Any ideas??

Typical French foods:
Baguettes (bread)
Beef Bourguignon (beef cooked in red wine)
Macarons (French sandwich cookies)
Coq au vin (chicken cooked in red wine)
Pot au feu (beef and vegetable stew)
Eclairs or profiteroles
Quiche lorraine
Gougeres
petites galettes salees: little salted biscuits (pair with cheese or bar le duc)
bar le duc
Cherry clafoutis: this is a healthier version
cassoulet: main dish
pain d'epice: French spice bread
basque pumpkin bread
piece monte: dessert

I am known for bringing in anything yummy... mainly desserts, so I was thinking desserts, but like I said- I'm also open to anything.
I like to make madeleines when I'm feeling in the French mood. My friends are always super impressed.
They're not difficult, but you will need a specialty pan. I got mine at Bed Bath and Beyond.
