Good places to live for a single guy in his early '30's?
My BIL moved back to PGH awhile ago, and is looking to rent. All of his friends here are married with kids (or moved away), so he needs to meet some new people (and a girl
He'd prefer an apartment that is new(ish) or updated recently. Must be somewhat convenient to the airport, because he travels all the time for work. Convenient to the S.Hills (where family is) would be a plus.
Any recs for neighborhoods? Specific building recs would be a plus.
Shadyside popped into my head, but it's kind of a pain to get to the airport from there. He looked in Mt. Lebo but said that the apartments were all beat up.
