Inspections and appraisals
We are under contract to sell with a closing scheduled in 6 days. Its a cash sale but i am having a hard time waiting for this to be all done. It just seems so fast! Not that I am complaining. I am just worried about everything lol. The inspection was today. No clue how that went. Still waiting and then the appraisal is tomorrow along with the three day radon report being read. Anyone else experiance anything like this? We gave them a really good price to begin with because of the quick closing and it being cash but now I am afraid they are going to want to re-deal because of whatever the inspector found. They always seem to find something. After all, if they didnt no one would want to pay them! -end rant
Re: Inspections and appraisals
We are there with you. Our buyers are doing FHA so there may be things that need to be fixed with that. The inspection was Thursday before last and the appraisal was last Thursday. Our agent just called about 15 minutes ago and said that the appraisal is in as well as the inspection report but the buyers were out of town for a week and just got back this morning. Because of that we still don't know if they want anything repaired. We also haven't actually seen the FHA appraisal so there is a possiblity of required repairs but I don't think there is anything major, but you never know.
I hate waiting.
