Great starter home
My house is for sale. It's a great starter home for a young couple. The neighborhood is very safe. Statistically very low crime rate and low taxes for this part of NJ. Within commuting distance to NYC and the metro area while having a small town feel. Very affordable. Great back deck for entertaining and relaxing. Walking distance to a nice park with a pavillion and playground.
