workout for anyone looking to lose body fat! not a gimmick

This is no gimmick, I swear. I found a workout that seems to be helping me and I thought I'd share. Its from the July issue of Self magazine. Its a cardio plan that has  you doing cardio 6 days a week but I promise you the hard work pays off. You are doing slow, long distance twice a week, 2 intense days and 2 tempo days. I also pair this with light weight training 3 xs a week. I've been doing it for 2 weeks and I've noticed a difference already. 

I've always put on muscle very easily, and have a hard time with a clean diet and burning off body fat. I think this cardio plan is great! And its free! If you haven't tried a high intensity training workout, you are missing out. Its worth the effort. (I'm not a personal trainer/practitioner just a girl interested in fitness). Good luck
