No, I don't think he has a spray tan. I looked like that when I was his age. My mom didn't have a car and we spent all summer at the pool and outside.
As for the diaper thing, Scott is a douche but she puts up with him so it is her issue.
Kris, I looked like this as a little kid too. My mom still remembers our pedi calling me the tannest baby he'd ever seen. Spending most of the summer outside and at the beach did it to me. While we wore sunblock, it was nothing like the spf 50+ that I use on the boys today.
I think he's nervous about hurting a tiny newborn. Think I read that on one of the gossip sites today. Not very helpful, but at least not his usual type of excuse.
