Can anyone tell me anything about the hiring process there?  My brother has an interview there on Wednesday (yay!  thoughts and vibes will help too!). 

It seems like it is moving much quicker than any job I've ever applied for.  He applied, got called to schedule a phone interview 2 days later, had the phone interview Wednesday, now has an in person interview on Thursday.

Is this typical?  Or possibly a good sign for him?

Interesting - usually the hiring process is slower than molasses! So hopefully a good sign for him:) Tell him not to get frustrated, though, if after his interview there's a lag in time between a second interview or offer. Sometimes there has to be approvals higher up that take a looooooong time.

ditto all of this, the process of getting hired here was painfully slow for me!  So yes, I agree tell him not to panic if he has an interview then experiences a big lull in hearing back-it's not necessarily a bad thing!
